How does the retainer program work?

​

• The retainer program is for clients who already have brand identity

• Cancellation must be completed before the start of the new monthly billing cycle.

• Payment for the month ahead will be due before or on the start date choose at checkout.

• Monthly phone call meeting at the beginning of each month to discuss the content needed for the upcoming month. 

• Service begins 1 week after purchuase so that we can ensure the vision is met and approved before posting date.

• Each design will take 1-2 business days for completion, revisions may prolong turnaround time.

• Unused retainer content will expire at the end of each month & will not roll over to the next month.

• All designs come with 3 revisions so that we are able to satisfy your design's expectation.
